Delve into the history and cultural significance of key spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and garam masala, teaching you how to toast, grind, and combine them for vibrant, authentic flavor. A minimum of 5 students is required to hold this class. Class may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
