Fitness 20/20/20 Join us for an invigorating experience with our exciting new class, Fitness 20/20/20! This unique class combines 20 minutes of energizing movement, 20 minutes of strength-building, and 20 minutes of restorative yoga. Kick off your session by warming up your body with gentle Qi Gong movements. This beautiful practice blends flowing motions with deep breathing and meditation, helping you connect with your inner calm. Next, strengthen your core and build your strength through invigorating Mat Pilates. Feel empowered as you work towards a stronger, more resilient you! Finally, unwind with calming stretches and easy-flow yoga that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, especially those new to movement or yoga. Come join us on this holistic fitness journey-your body and mind will thank you! We can't wait to see you there! Students should bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A minimum of 5 students is required for this class. Class may be canceled due to low enrollment.
